Most flat prints are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and most stretched canvases are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We use a third-party dropshipping service to fulfill orders. Therefore, the shipping method and delivery time will depend on the product’s supplier and your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays, customs processing).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of your order, and the destination address.

At this time, we do not offer returns. All prints and frames are custom made to order. No refunds.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@rachelartist.com. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect product, and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue promptly.
Please keep in mind that colors vary from screen to screen, so the print you receive may look slightly different than how it looks on your screen.
Crop may vary slightly from the preview image depending on what size you select.
